Dr. Auerbach and Dr Gulli have had a long-standing professional relationship in the field of Physical Therapy. Both practiced together and separately for various big named conglomerates. Over the years Dr. Auerbach and Dr. Gulli remained close friends with frequent phone calls that always ended the same way, “ I think we can do better, let’s open a facility that practices what it preaches. It was then that Elevate Physical Therapy and Performance Center was born.

We believe that it is important to focus on the individual needs and goals of each patient treated by our practitioners. It is our belief that patients are more successful when treatment is administered by our doctors of physical therapy on a one-on-one basis.
